Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal care products) cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
